Your daily impact:

As part of the sales team and in collaboration with various people in other departments, your role is to follow up and push forward our relationships with our clients.

The objective: to achieve our growth targets and participate in market development throughout Quebec and Canada!

Your missions:

  • Develop sales strategies in collaboration with managers
  • Qualify customer needs
  • Coordinate and communicate with the various stakeholders on the sales in progress until they arrive at the project office
  • Manage accounts for existing customers and develop new accounts in Quebec and Canada
  • Implement and follow up on internal communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Define and follow up on KPIs in collaboration with the managers
  • Be the direct point of contact with the client during the entire sales phase and ensure continuity during the project phase by becoming the account manager
  • Participate in the development of service proposals
  • Perform billing and payment follow-ups with clients as needed
  • Ensure competitive intelligence
  • Building toolkits to facilitate the obtention of contracts (help in the implementation of grant applications, knowledge of the functioning of public markets, etc.)
  • Participate in the development of our address book and the notoriety of Uzinakod services
  • Coordinate with other departments within Uzinakod for the preparation of sales events (trade shows, networking events, etc.)
  • Follow up frequently with our service providers and ensure smooth communication
  • Create, design and improve all internal procedures
  • Any other related tasks

You check these criteria:
  • Have a bachelor's degree in administration, communication or other degree relevant to the role
  • Have at least 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Have experience in sales in a small structure
  • Be comfortable communicating in French, both orally and in writing (in order to communicate with certain unilingual French-speaking clients)
  • Be comfortable communicating in English, both orally and in writing
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Assets - Experience in the technology field
  • Assets - Knowledge of the HubSpot tool
