Your daily impact:
You will play a key role in implementing high value-added solutions for our customers in a variety of fields.
In this hybrid role, you’ll:
- Facilitate the daily dialogue between the customer and the development team
- Design and implement functionalities that meet different business needs
- Help customers to make the best decisions, transform their performance and enable them to achieve their objectives while leveraging data
- Perform data modeling and mapping for transformations to the data warehouse and its various environments
- Analyze, document and design BI solutions using best practices
- Design visual and easy-to-use dashboards for all users

You master these technologies:
- SQL database, Transact SQL language, ETL Integration Services
- Power BI
- Azure Analytics Cloud Services (ex: Azure Analysis Services, Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, Databricks etc.)
- Azure DevOps Environment (VSTS)
You have these skills:
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relations
- Ability to gather requirements and facilitate meetings or work sessions
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and changes to be made (processes, tools, documentation, etc.)
- Ability to write functional deliverables such as user stories, user guides, mock-ups, etc.
- Ability to collaborate with developers in the design of solutions
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent adaptation skills
You check these criteria:
- Have a university degree in information technology or other field relevant to the role
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst and/or business intelligence analyst
- Have experience in an Agile environment
- Be comfortable communicating in French, both orally and in writing (in order to communicate with some unilingual French-speaking customers).
- Be comfortable communicating in English, both orally and in writing
- Assets - Understanding of software development concepts to facilitate collaboration with developers
- Assets - Project management skills: problem solving, tracking service indicators, budget management, schedule management, etc.
- Assets - Azure certifications
- Assets - Knowledge of Jira tool
