Your daily impact:
As Data Science Director, you will play a key role in the development of your department and in the realization of customer mandates. Working in collaboration with other members of management, you will guide Uzinakod in its growth and technological evolution. You will have a global and strategic vision of your department, enabling it to propose and design innovative solutions.

⟶ Participate in the development and growth of the department by identifying business development opportunities and providing technical expertise to various data science initiatives
⟶ Successfully guide your team through data science projects, maximizing their added value
⟶ Coach and help the team grow, while instilling the values of transparency, introspection and Agility

You master these technologies:
- Azure Analytics Cloud Services (ex: Azure Analysis Services, Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, Databricks etc.)
- SQL database, Transact SQL language, ETL Integration Services
- Power BI
- Azure DevOps Environment (VSTS), Python
You have these skills:
- Ability to communicate transparently and in a way that is adapted to each individual

You check these criteria:
- Have a university degree in information technology or other field relevant to the role
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in data science
- Be comfortable communicating in French, both orally and in writing
- Be comfortable communicating in English, both orally and in writing (in order to communicate with certain unilingual English-speaking clients)
- Assets - Experience in a management and technical leadership role
- Assets - Experience with BI system implementations/production
- Assets - Knowledge of Agile fundamentals
