You act as a key player in the implementation of high added value solutions for our in various fields. You also facilitate the dialogue between the client and the team of developers. Finally, your in-depth analysis helps you design and implement functionalities that meet different business needs and represent the client at every stage of development.

- Have 3 years of experience as a business analyst
- Have experience in an Agile environment
- Have a university education
- Be comfortable communicating in French, both orally and in writing
- Be comfortable communicating in English, both orally and in writing (in order to communicate with certain unilingual English-speaking clients)
- Asset - Knowledge of the Jira tool
- Asset - Project management skills: problem solving, monitoring of service indicators, budget management, planning, etc.
- Asset - Understanding of software development concepts to facilitate collaboration with developers
