1. Service description
Uzinakod employees may exchange one-to-one text messages with clients, prospects and business partners from their Microsoft Teams business numbers. Messages are used to confirm or schedule meetings, follow up on projects or proposals, and answer your questions. Uzinakod does not send marketing, promotional or automated bulk messages through this service.
2. Consent
You receive text messages from Uzinakod only if you provided your mobile number to an Uzinakod employee (in person, by phone, by email or on a business card) and agreed to be contacted by text regarding your business relationship with us, or if you texted an employee’s business number first.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our team.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Uzinakod does not charge for these messages.
5. Opt-out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. To resubscribe, reply START.

7. Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS consent collected by Uzinakod are used solely to communicate with you about your business relationship with us. 8. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
