Background: Leaders in the field of social acceptability, the consulting firm Pilote has acquired substantial expertise over the past 20 years. Companies are operating in sectors such as energy, natural resources, transportation, real estate, and urban planning. Pilote executes its mandates according to the True Dialogue approach, a self-developed tool that provides their clients with access to unique and complementary expertise in mobilization, consultation, risk analysis, and relationship management.

The Challenges

Display several types of entities and various links between them in a new visualization way

Pay particular attention to the project's constraints both in terms of budget and timeframe

The Solution

The client operated a platform hosted on Access. The project consisted in building a new Web application with the same basic functionalities as the old platform while improving the solution’s key elements. For example, we needed to refine the app’s mapping in order to easily visualize issues and relationships between project stakeholders and identify their respective viewpoints. The client also wishes to exploit AI features with a view to improving the proposed solution in the near future.
