Background: Canada Steamship Lines, a division of The CSL Group, wants to develop a platform centralizing all interactions between CSL’s sales team and commercial partners.
The solution now allows CSL, among other things to centralize the operations of CSL’s business partners by allowing them to communicate their requests using the platform but also to provide access to transactional data, KPIs and various contractual documents.
Around 60 customers have been using our customer portal since its delivery in 2022. The feedback has been very positive about the platform, the security and the way the data is presented.
