Background: The mission of the Syndicat des professionnelles et professionnels municipaux de Montréal (SPPMM) is to represent the collective interests of salaried professionals of the City of Montreal and the suburban cities of the Island of Montreal.

The Project

To create a web application hosted on the cloud that will allow the SPPMM team to track grievances in process, as well as document the various communications with a member in the general management of his or her file.

The Challenges

Making sure to provide a cross-platform application that will focus on tracking important grievance processing dates, while allowing as much data entry flexibility as possible for users.

This facilitates the transition to an application and reduces the impact of rule changes that govern SPPMM operations (collective agreement).

Thanks to this platform, we have been able to provide employees with tools to facilitate access to information and increase their efficiency.
